Another bullet point post! This time all about work
- We had a minor girl who was a major pain in the ass even though she was only there for like a month so far. And we kept writing nightly reports on everything she did wrong despite being told not to repeat those.
- They're getting rid of the CSM positions
- CSMs will be on the same level as cashiers starting next week
- One of the most annoying people to have ever worked with me came in earlier this week and finally put in her resignation. Even though she hasn't been working all of lockdown/quarantine/COVID
- They brought back occurrences for call outs. Despite that, shit ton of people are still calling out on us
- Sadly, we're still going to be required to walk all the way to the outside back of the store to check in for temp. checks cause of COVID all the way until June/July of next year apparently...
